Customer Service Executive
Candidate will be responsible to interact with the customers as per the services provided by the company. He/she will be responsible for educating the Customer about our services and getting the details from the Customer. Details of the exact scope of work will be explained after the candidate joins the Company.
Tele Marketing Executive
Candidate will be responsible to convince the parties of our services and getting them interested in the services provided by the company. The job involves interact with the customers and fixing appointments for Field Marketing Executives with prospective Customers so that the Business can close the deal. The company offers good incentives, based on Marketing response.
Team Leader Marketing & Operations
Candidate will be responsible to drive and ensuring the achievement of the team. He/She will be directly responsible for the Teams performance in terms of Business Growth and Customer Satisfaction. The Team Leader should also conducting coaching & Training sessions for the Team to ensure High productivity levels on regular basis.
HR Executive
Candidate will be responsible to recruit, train new recruits on products, process and systems. Identifying training requirements by analysing and interacting with the Operations & Marketing team. Also implementing refresher training and new content and coaching to existing team members periodically. Analyse performance post-training and improve training content. Most important role will be to make the new recruit comfortable in his job. This will enable him/ her to perform better.
Marketing Executive
Candidate will be responsible for meeting Company targets and directly responsible for improving business goals on a periodic basis. The Candidate will be given exclusive on the job training about product & services about the company and will be supervised and guided by Managers for making good progress & motivation.
